The Sanctuary

This is a beautiful hotel on Kiawah Island not far from where my family and I were staying during our visit to the Lowcountry. (However we didn't stay here. We like our world better without being inundated with golf at every turn and $15 cocktails;).

Anyways, the hotel was not only massive, but very Southern chic. Maybe you've heard of it. It's called The Sanctuary. Apparently renowned for it's views, golf course and did I mention golf? To stay here, you'll have to sacrifice a very pretty penny for all these luxuries, but I suppose that's a choice you'll have to make.

As for this picture, the sun was setting and it was a bit cloudy at the time. Plus there was some tree covering the little garden, so the coloring isn't what I had hoped (even with a bit of editing), but it's still a nice picture nonetheless.
